Role Overview
The Sr. Associate (Specialist), Program Business Management is primarily responsible for maintenance financial sales order management in support of commercial aircraft seating programs of various scale and complexity. This role must identify & escalate data issues and inconsistencies and audit entries to ensure data fidelity. This position is responsible for procedural updates, monitoring adherence to processes and procedures, and training on new processes and procedures.
Primary Responsibilities
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Program Management, Master Scheduling, Operations) to align sales order execution with customer program objectives
• Perform sales order setup and administration, including customer address file creation and credit block release
• Manage delivery and billing blocks to prevent shipment delays, including data exports using Genie tools
• Process sales order new and change requests (Sales Order Entry)
• Maintain and reconcile sales order invoices
• Create and manage WIN Shuttle requests
• Provide data and issue resolution support for Finance and internal stakeholders
• Execute weekly and monthly quality assurance reporting to ensure sales order backlog accuracy
• Review reports and metric and facilitate discussions with management and users to improve format, distribution, and usability
• Develop requirements and definition documentation for new software modules; support user testing for system releases and updates
• Manage and respond to inquiries through shared group email inboxes
• Support internal and external audits as required
Required Skills
• Skilled in SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Highly motivated, self-starter
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and highest standards of quality
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to changing situations, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to switch between tasks quickly
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
